What You’ll Do Own end-to-end hiring across Tech, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Product and Design roles Partner with founders and hiring leaders as a strategic talent advisor, not a resume processor Build sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, events, referrals and beyond Evaluate talent beyond keywords: capability, problem-solving, learning agility, and mindset Understand the shift from traditional tech hiring to AI-era hiring Create strong pipelines, high-quality candidate journeys, and data-backed hiring insights What Makes You Next-Gen 2–4 years of experience hiring for product companies, GCCs, or high-growth startups Strong instinct for finding rare, high-impact talent in competitive markets Curiosity to understand emerging roles like: ML Engineer | Applied Scientist | MLOps | Data Platform Engineers Comfort translating between engineers, business teams, and real hiring needs Ownership mindset: you move fast, learn fast, and care deeply Why Join Nexocean + Wingman?
