Position Overview: The Transition Program Analyst will play an essential role in supporting enterprise wide transition programs, ensuring that vendor transitions, operational shifts, and related financial impacts are thoroughly tracked, measured, and communicated. Key Responsibilities: Project & Program Support Support initiatives under the Vendor Management Office, contributing to all phases of the project lifecycle. Execute business analysis and project management tasks in alignment with established standards and best practices. Collaborate with project teams to define scope, prioritize deliverables, and manage resource needs. Analysis Identify key issues and recommend actionable solutions. Oversee analysis efforts to determine accurate target and actual delivery timelines. Partner with subject matter experts to translate business needs into clear, comprehensive Business Requirements Documents. Work closely with technology teams to ensure requirements are appropriately designed and developed. Communication & Coordination Plan, prepare materials for, and facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, systems teams, vendors, and clients. Produce project status reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate professionally and constructively, fostering collaboration across project participants. Take ownership of tasks and deliver results with consistency and accountability. Transition Tracking & Reporting Track and report transition progress, risks, and issues across agencies and business units. Maintain dashboards, trackers, workplans, and supporting documentation. Support weekly and monthly reporting cadences by ensuring all data is accurate, current, and complete. Operational & Financial Impact Analysis Track and report operational and financial impacts associated with transitions, vendor changes, and process shifts. Build financial models to support projections, business cases, cost benefit analyses, and scenario planning.-benefit analyses, and scenario planning. Partner with Finance to validate assumptions, savings estimates, and budget implications. Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify risks and issues and escalate them to program leadership for timely resolution. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in program management support, financial analysis, business operations, consulting, or related fields. Strong analytical capabilities, including experience building financial models (Excel proficiency required). Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce polished, executive ready presentations ready presentations. Experience in media, marketing, consulting, or within a large matrixed organization is preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
