Role and Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Commercial Accountability
 Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and commercial commitments
 Support adherence to project budgets and cost efficiency
 Maintain delivery standards that protect client trust and brand experience End-to-End Delivery & Workspace Operations Ownership
 Own complete project lifecycle across sites — scope, timelines, cost, and quality
 Ensure projects are operationally ready at handover
 Coordinate closely with operations for smooth transition and activation Regional Alignment, Governance & Leadership Cohesion
 Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and reporting cadence
 Standardize delivery practices across all project sites
 Maintain visibility on milestones, risks, and dependencies Leadership & Regional Cohesion
 Drive alignment across design, procurement, contractors, and operations
 Build strong vendor and contractor accountability
 Ensure consistent execution discipline across all stakeholders
