End-to-End Delivery & Workspace Operations Ownership
Own site readiness, stabilization, and ongoing operations
Ensure smooth client move-in and operational ramp-up
Maintain SLA adherence and service performance
Regional Alignment, Governance & Leadership Cohesion
Drive operational governance, compliance, and safety standards
Standardize processes across all centers
Monitor performance metrics and service indicators
