Role and Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Commercial Accountability
 Ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality client experience across all centers
 Support retention through strong service delivery and issue resolution
 Protect brand standards through operational excellence
End-to-End Delivery & Workspace Operations Ownership
 Own site readiness, stabilization, and ongoing operations
 Ensure smooth client move-in and operational ramp-up
 Maintain SLA adherence and service performance
Regional Alignment, Governance & Leadership Cohesion
 Drive operational governance, compliance, and safety standards
 Standardize processes across all centers
 Monitor performance metrics and service indicators
Leadership & Regional Cohesion
 Lead operations teams and service partners across sites
 Ensure coordination with project teams during launches
 Build a culture of accountability and service excellence
