As a Lead FullStack Engineer, you will guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. You’ll work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. Tasks: Lead the design and development of fullstack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability Professional Requirements and Expertise: 6+ years of experience in fullstack development Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms Good to have: Familiarity with Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, and AI/ML integration Personal Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent problem-solving and architectural thinking Collaborative and proactive mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and alignment with company culture and values
