Integration Consultant – Kinaxis Maestro® As an Integration Consultant for Kinaxis Maestro®, you will be working on the Kinaxis Maestro® solution deployed for our client, a leading advanced supply chain planning platform. This role includes responsibility for ensuring the solution is adopted by the business, used to the best extent, addressing customer queries, and resolving open issues. Beyond technical excellence in integration and configuration, you will communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, provide clarity on resolutions, gather feedback, and guide users toward optimal use of the solution. What your new challenge will look like: Demonstrate strong skills in the integration of Kinaxis Maestro®, understanding solution usage and customer perspective. Apply deep knowledge of the Kinaxis Maestro® data model, analytics, and data handling (including cross-scenario data manipulation, and the creation and management of custom input tables, fields, and scenarios). Validate and highlight issues that may impact system performance and data management. Possess expertise in key supply chain areas such as S&OP, Demand, and Supply, with the ability to independently conduct customer sessions on Kinaxis Maestro® usage aligned to business processes. Collaborate with internal and customer teams. Understand data and configurations to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Provide high levels of customer service and support. Preferred Qualification’s: 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain consulting or operations with hands-on experience in Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RapidResponse). Ability to understand and maintain integrations with Kinaxis Maestro using tools such as Talend (mandatory) and Databricks (good to have), aligned with the implementation architecture. Strong understanding of end-to-end data flows including mapping, loading, transformation, and validation. Experience working closely with client integration stakeholders including IT and data teams. Ability to resolve technical and data-related issues effectively. Good exposure to Demand Planning, Forecasting, Consensus Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management. Ability to analyze and interpret supply chain data. Additional knowledge in workbook development, rules, control tables, scenario building, alerts, dashboards, ETL, and Kinaxis Certification is an added advantage.
