As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, DevOps, and QA to deliver impactful features. Drive best practices in software engineering, architecture, and system design. Promote modern development practices such as Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps. Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to maintain productivity and delivery momentum. Professional Requirements & Expertise 9+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management and team leadership. Strong hands-on experience in software architecture, system design, and application development. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across the full software development lifecycle. Understanding of security, compliance, and performance considerations for enterprise-grade applications. Knowledge of AI-related domains such as Machine Learning. Experience with frontend technologies including TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Vue.js, and Angular. Experience with backend technologies and frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, Express.js, gRPC, GraphQL, and modern API architectures. Domain experience in logistics and supply chain is preferred.
