Sales Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
Own product outcomes across the end-to-end sales funnel, including offline lead acquisition, retargeting, territory management, channel management, sales consultant workflows, and booking conversion optimization.
Improve throughput, conversion efficiency, predictability, and operational effectiveness across customer acquisition and sales processes.
Use operational insights, field feedback, and business data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements.
Field Operations & Territory Management
Build systems that enable field teams to operate efficiently at scale through improved prioritization, coordination, and territory visibility.
Design products that provide spatial intelligence, territory planning, route optimization, and channel coordination capabilities.
Reduce dependence on manual processes, spreadsheets, and fragmented workflows.
Sales-to-Operations Platform Ownership
Own the critical transition between sales and operations.
Ensure customer commitments and revenue-generating bookings are captured accurately and transferred seamlessly into downstream execution workflows.
Identify and solve systemic failure points that impact delivery quality, forecasting accuracy, or operational efficiency.
Product Leadership & Strategy
Define product strategy, priorities, and investment decisions across multiple interconnected product areas.
Balance immediate business requirements with long-term platform scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Establish clear success metrics and accountability for business outcomes, including conversion rates, throughput, operational reliability, and cost efficiency.


Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Leadership teams to align priorities and execution.
Resolve complex trade-offs across teams, particularly where ownership boundaries or competing incentives exist.
Drive decision-making through data, customer insights, and sound product judgment.
Team Development & Product Excellence
Mentor and coach Product Managers and Senior Product Managers.
Raise the quality of product thinking, problem definition, solution design, and PRD development across the organization.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution.

Qualifications & Experience
10–14+ years of Product Management experience.
Strong experience building products for field-force-driven sales organizations, offline acquisition channels, territory management platforms, logistics networks, supply chain operations, or similarly execution-intensive environments.
Experience owning products where geography is a critical operational dimension, such as logistics, FMCG distribution, e-commerce, real estate, mobility, or supply chain management.
Proven track record of managing complex, interconnected systems with real-world operational constraints and scale challenges.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, sales operations, territory performance, and operational workflows.
