Operations Platform Ownership
Own product outcomes across the end-to-end post-booking operations lifecycle, including order management, project coordination, supply chain execution, financing workflows, regulatory processes, installation, and commissioning activities.
Ensure operational workflows are systematically embedded into scalable product systems rather than dependent on manual coordination.
Improve operational visibility, predictability, and execution quality across the delivery ecosystem.

Operational Excellence & Scalability
Drive improvements in throughput, reliability, cost efficiency, and exception management across operational processes.
Identify structural bottlenecks, recurring failure modes, and operational inefficiencies using data, field feedback, and business insights.
Design systems that reduce manual intervention and improve execution consistency at scale.

Enterprise Systems & Integrations
Own the product interfaces connecting operational platforms with supply chain, procurement, finance, and ERP ecosystems.
Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely information flows across multiple business-critical systems.
Partner with technical teams to strengthen system architecture, integrations, and platform resilience.

Product Strategy & Leadership
Define product vision, priorities, and investment decisions across multiple interconnected product domains.
Establish clear success metrics around throughput, operational reliability, cost efficiency, exception reduction, and scalability.
Balance immediate operational needs with long-term platform robustness, maintainability, and extensibility.

Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Leadership teams.
Resolve complex trade-offs across functions, especially where ownership boundaries, competing priorities, or operational constraints exist.
Drive organization-wide alignment around operational and platform priorities.

Team Development & Product Excellence
Mentor and coach Product Managers and Senior Product Managers.
Improve the quality of problem definition, product strategy, solution design, and PRD development across teams.
Establish strong product management practices and execution discipline across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience
10–14+ years of Product Management experience.
Strong experience in operations-intensive environments such as supply chain, logistics, procurement, construction technology, manufacturing, infrastructure, enterprise workflow platforms, or related domains.
Proven experience building or managing large-scale operational systems where product decisions have direct business and execution impact.
Experience owning highly interconnected workflows involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and real-world operational constraints.
Exposure to ERP platforms, procurement systems, supply chain technologies, workflow automation, or enterprise operations platforms is highly desirable.
Experience managing products involving external stakeholders such as financial institutions, vendors, regulatory authorities, contractors, or partner ecosystems.
