Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own business outcomes across the lead-to-visit acquisition funnel, with accountability for lead volume, lead quality, conversion efficiency, and acquisition economics.
Drive the evolution of customer acquisition from a predominantly digital model toward a balanced multi-channel strategy incorporating both online and offline acquisition sources.
Improve funnel efficiency while maintaining high lead quality and conversion intent.

Organic Growth & SEO Platform
Own the product strategy behind the company's organic growth engine.
Drive improvements across website architecture, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, content discoverability, and on-site user experience.
Partner with marketing and engineering teams to scale high-intent organic traffic through sustainable platform investments.
Lead Management & Presales Systems
Own Lead Relationship Management (LRM) workflows and systems.
Define how leads are assigned, prioritized, routed, nurtured, and progressed through the sales funnel.
Build intelligent lead-scoring frameworks, qualification models, and intervention strategies that improve conversion outcomes.

AI-Powered Funnel Optimization
Identify and deliver AI-native opportunities across acquisition and presales workflows.
Build capabilities such as intelligent lead scoring, workflow automation, recommendation engines, predictive qualification models, and conversational AI experiences.
Leverage AI to improve efficiency, decision-making, and conversion performance at scale.

Funnel Analytics & Optimization
Use funnel analytics, cohort analysis, customer behavior insights, and operational feedback to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
Establish clear measurement frameworks across acquisition, qualification, conversion, and channel performance.
Drive data-informed prioritization and experimentation.

Product Leadership & Execution
Define strategy and priorities across Growth and Presales product portfolios.
Balance short-term revenue and conversion objectives with long-term investments in acquisition infrastructure and platform scalability.
Partner closely with Product Managers to strengthen problem definition, solution design, execution planning, and product delivery.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Align stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, Analytics, and Engineering.
Resolve competing priorities and channel conflicts through structured decision-making and business impact assessment.
Drive organization-wide clarity around growth strategy and execution priorities.

Qualifications & Experience
10–14+ years of Product Management experience.
Minimum 4+ years directly owning growth, funnel, acquisition, or conversion metrics as a Product Manager or Product Leader.
Strong experience building products that influence customer acquisition, lead generation, funnel optimization, or conversion outcomes.
Proven experience working in environments where customer conversion involves both digital and human-assisted sales journeys.
Experience leading products that support multi-channel customer acquisition models.

Preferred Expertise

Growth & SEO
Deep understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, crawlability, content optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
Experience building sustainable organic growth engines through product-led initiatives.
AI & Intelligent Systems
Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products or features.
Experience with lead scoring systems, recommendation engines, conversational AI, predictive analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent decision-support systems.
Strong perspective on how AI can reshape customer acquisition and funnel management.
