Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
● Experience building AI solutions using low code AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps, Cytora or similar low-code AI platforms.
● Deep understanding of GenAI, machine learning algorithms, and their practical application in business contexts.
● Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure and AI technologies, including cloud-native architectures and analytics.
● Proven track record in designing and deploying AI solutions for complex business problems, within the general insurance or financial services industry.
● Hands-on experience with AIOps, solution deployment, integration and automation best practises
● Investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines.
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey technical terminology that is meaningful and well received.
Highly Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
● Knowledge of London market insurance and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
● Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or data technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are advantageous.
Required education / experience:
● Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a STEM field.
Preferred education / experience:
● Master’s Degree or higher in a STEM field.
